Problems with SmartSensor on V4.1 500

Please, i am having problems with my smart filament sensor of a printer KIT with everything included.
All is fine but the problem i have is when i load the filament it starts ok but when it finish it starts the unload macro automatically.
Also, i have needed to disconnect the clog sensor because when the filament is extruded the PTFE tube press the sensor and activate the clog macro. I have changed the PTFE tube with new one, and test if there is a problem with the filament in the tube but i can insert it normally. I see when it put filament out, the tube go down with the button and starts the macro. It have the blue ring which blocks the tube into it
Can you give me a light?
