One of the nozzles is always off. When I adjust it, the other toolhead is off. If I don't adjust it I can switch between the two toolheads and the drift is much smaller.

I have tried to always correct t0 and t1 after one another and written down the coordinates for t0 (for t1 it is unfortunately not possible via the GUI). It seems like the coordinate system is drifting with my printer, how can that happen?
