I recently discovered that the data in our database is no longer present following several failed payment attempts associated with our account through the Vercel integration.
The billing issue occurred due to a delay in payment approval on our side. My supervisor was not immediately aware of the failed billing attempts, but after reviewing the situation and realizing the impact, he is now willing to settle the outstanding invoice.
Because the database contained important organizational data, we would sincerely appreciate your assistance in checking whether any backups or point-in-time recovery snapshots are still available so that the database can be restored.
We are fully prepared to resolve the billing issue and pay the outstanding balance if restoration is possible. Please let me know if recovery can still be performed and what steps we should follow.
