You need to transform into an Insectoid at one of the Labs (can be located from the map). Once you have transformed into one, you need to:

- collect 6 Luminators (little sunlight that is floating around the Lab and outside of it). You can only obtain this while you are in the Insectoid form and in the quantum field.

- defeat 1 other Insectoid. Meaning, you need to kill an enemy that is in the Insectoid form.

If your account has been compromised, please contact the customer service in-game for further assistance. Since your account has been migrated to another version, you will have to download the relevant version and contact the in-game customer service of that version in order to retrieve your account.
