At the moment there is only one big ticket item which might has breaking consequences that I am aware of:

Other new things to note:
Skills and Saving throws can be individually bonused/penalized https://gitlab.com/foundrynet/dnd5e/-/merge_requests/323/diffs. This will have Sheet implications.

Automatic Proficiencies for Tools, Weapons, and Equipment are improved:
