I am not certain if it has something to do with your internet connection to the server, @Saleh Mehmood. Could you please try to set up a DNS and see if it helps? If you have used the correct login methods to login, but it creates a new account when you attempt to access through these links, this usually mean that an unauthorized person had accessed your account from your links, linked their own social media, then unlinked your login methods from your game account. That explains why it created a new account when you log in using both of your login methods. Unfortunately, if you do not have access to your game account with any of your login methods, then the customer service in game is not likely to able to assist you.
