Ujust black screen with no controllers and buttons dont do anything
AI'm running out of ideas. I'm down to the following:
- Install Unity, download the Unity project and run it inside Unity (even if it still breaks, we'll get better debug info)
- Wipe and reinstall Windows on your machine (not guaranteed to work but I really can't think of anything other than "your machine is cursed")
AIf you know anyone with a VR capable PC, then go round there and try your headset on their PC. That would at least tell us if it is your machine that's at fault.

AYou want to use Unity 2019.4.something - install Unity Hub first and that will let you pick a version
MIt’s also possible to get the experimental version directly from Steam, although perhaps a standalone one is best in this case, to avoid any possible steam issues
AIt's also easier to explain and quicker to type

ATook 5 gif videos. Four of them came up as still frames. The fifth resulted in this monstrosity of blinding light flashes
APlayed around with ge.quality settings in GifEncodeTasks (at 1 and at 30), no significant improvement or change to file size.
I suspect with the current encoder there isn't much that can be done.
Unless a better encoder is available.
At this point, aside from maybe taking a look at the other two modes am probably going to explore using a square frame video (?possible?)

KIs it possible to import a Tiltbrush sketch into OpenBrush?
AYep. Just copy it from the Tilt Brush folder to the Open Brush folder
ZIs anyone having success with Liv and Andy's experimental builds?
AHmmmm. I've never used Liv with Open Brush so it's not something I would have tested. Is it broken? Is it broken in other experimental builds?
Zhey @andybak I have tried it before with liv (not your experimentals) and it worked. I need to start using Liv more and tried it but no luck.
Mwhich builds are broken? Rosie and I use OB + LIV fairly often with no issues
ZNot sure if its broken Mikesy because of his builds but cant get them to work with them. I use Andy's build created on 10/10?

Mnot.. necessarily. It seems like someone (don't want to point fingers, but his name rhymes with bandyak) might not have all of the tags from the main openbrush repo, so when builds are made, it counts commits from the v0.1 tag only! Unfortunately, it can be a bit hard to map that to a git sha; it's in the build stamp, but we don't show the stamp on the panel (I guess it's too long -- but maybe we should change that)
