DThe problem turns out that my IP address was blocked to login to this acc so the solution is to use mobile data or different IP address . I wanted to share this so you could help anybody who could face similar problem in the future:-)

DIt happen to me that a spammer took my twister account and changed the email and the password , I immediately emailed twitter support to redeem my twitter acount and they did in couple minutes
