FOld bug, probably something to do with the video crates.
FIf you have any lying in your inventory try to get rid of them and see if that helps.

UNo worries I figured it myself, just maxed my UI sound. They didn't have to add that in UI.
MVPN only changes your IP address.
MIt has nothing to do with game config file~
RRestarting fixes it for roughly 30 seconds
