Are you referring to the event where you get to redeem one League treasure box? Pretty sure that ended, so you can use the tokens in this event instead.
I got the reply today in mail they asked me 7 questions in mail so I answered and sended them as well as in game coustmer service I have given same information yesterday but ingame didn’t get the reply till now only on mail.
