Not sure how actively maintained it it, but you could checkout Flareact. It's basically Next.js running on Cloudflare.

However, I think it'd be better to lean towards Remix myself.

Guys, I'm planning to make a chat with Durable Objects. Do I understand correctly that if I have 100 active groups and 100 people in each group, the price will be about as in the example below?
Would you recommend using Durable Objects for a chat room? Not too expensive?

If 100 Durable Objects each had 100 WebSocket connections established to each of them which sent approximately one message a minute for a month, the estimated cost in a month would be, if the messages overlapped so that the Objects were actually active for half the month:

Total = ~$64.65 USD + $202.36 USD + Minimum $5/mo usage = $272.01

For Workers, I think you would need to use the Cloud EnvironmentCloud Environment Option, and you can pull CF's IP ranges from https://www.cloudflare.com/ips/
