How does that work? Do you cycle through on device somehow? Truthfully im ok with the regular brushe

How does that work? Do you cycle through on device somehow? Truthfully im ok with the regular brushes. My single biggest concern is how do i maximize resolution and color accuracy like what i see in headset? Is this all best achieved via export vs camera? And thank you so much.

You can sideload multiple versions to the Quest and they all appear under "Unknown Sources"

Does Open Brush SDK support Web GL? Trying to submit a world for Mona but it seems that the SDK doesn't work for that. Running 2020.3.18.f1 It says it's got obsolete apis?

I'm going to have to follow that tutorial myself to understand how (or if) Open Brush stuff would work with it. Just want to check that's what you're doing so I can do the same thing.

(also - do you have any contacts inside Mona? It would be great to get them involved as in some cases it's easier if they change things on their end to work with us - and the odds are they have more resources than we do!)

Of course I followed instructions, Andy. I tried all 3 SDKs TBT, TBT Beta with experimentals and Open Brush SDK. The error is obsolete api. It would cause unity to go in safe mode and playground files for web gl wouldn’t be generated. Once I deleted TBT and used different shaders it worked.

I actually get two different problems depending whether I use:

"open-brush-toolkit-Unity-2020.2021-UnitySDK-v23.0.1.unitypackage"

or

"open-brush-toolkit-Unity-2018.2019-UnitySDK-v23.0.1.unitypackage"

With 2018/2019 I get the message above (which isn't an error. Just click "Go ahead" and everything works fine)

(I'm going to rethink the download page for Toolkit/SDK. The problem is that the 2020/2021 version is really the "don't include the JSON library" version but Mona have removed it from their project so you get errors. The reason the 2018/2019 version works is that it includes this library - but we weren't expecting people to go around changing the default packages)

so "After I used the sdk it would trigger safe mode in unity. Also it prevents generating playground files. " - these two statements contradict each other. If you're in safe mode then you'd be stuck and couldn't get any further. Unless you missed out a step where you fixed safe mode?

I don’t know how clearer I can be. I tried every sdk that is out there. For each one I get the api error. In addition I get errors in the console log with reaktor. Then unity will not generate a playground file because the toolkit is causing errors preventing it. Once TBT is deleted from unity (any of the 3) I am able to create a playground file successfully.

(here's what I expect to happen - when you add the toolkit .unitypackage you'll get errors. When you follow the instructions to also add JSON.net unitypackage the errors will go away.)

I can’t check this now. I have a deadline to get this in by tonight and I’m way behind because I was trying to find out what the error was. The devs at Mona also came to the conclusion that the sdk was causing the issues. I can try tomorrow because I’ve redone this project three times already. I was just letting you know that it was breaking in this situation.
