@Unknown user the new update to .NET has this template, so there is nothing wrong in the first picture. You can write them down as it is in the second picture if you want to have it look like that. So they removed the need to write those lines inside the classes in the new update. I don't know why they did that though, I guess they wanted it to look more beginner friendly, like python etc.
