I found Apollo to be too bloated, I don't need any of their fancy cloud features. I went with GraphQL-Yoga (/common not /node), which is built on GraphQL-Helix which works great with the fetch request/response API you get in CF workers.

It's here https://github.com/LeagueML/cloudflare-api the graphql-yoga docs also have an example.
I haven't tested it extensively yet (not sure how well defer and stream work for example)
