Emulators have relatively less player base compared to mobile platform. This can result in higher matchmaking time. This is not something we can help with. What I would suggest is to switch to a server with higher player base like Europe or try to play the unranked game mode in the maps.

I don't know how changing phones affect this, but before 2 months ago I was using Samsung A32 5g, Revvyl 4+ and Samsung J6. Now that I'm using a S22 Ultra with 12GB of RAM I hope to get the 90FPS
