GThing is I'm in the middle of switching a UI framework from Monogame to Silk.NET, and thus can't compile and test as I wish. I just want to make sure I'm not making any incorrect assumptions.
Linput code is generally the easiest to fix small things in, so you should be fine just assuming it works one way then fixing later

Lyou must use MoltenVK to use Vulkan on macs, and a Vulkan ImGui controller hasn't even made it's way out of the lab yet, so you'll have to code it yourself or do major work on the one in the lab to bring it up to basic standards
Land if you use Veldrid with Silk windowing you are able to target Metal

RI haven't had any real problems with OpenGL on Mac even on M1. Officially it is deprecated, but for the time being it works fine.

PA lot of my issues with the Apple developer ecosystem are business issues rather than actual dev issues, Apple are incredibly skilled at making really nice SDKs

RThough I do happen to agree that Steve Wozniak s didn't really know what people actually wanted out of a computer. That being said, he was an excellent engineer. Don't get me wrong. But he was good at building computers. Those who were also like him wanted. Not what the general public wanted, jobs needed to reign him in a bit to get the company where it is today
