the only things you can count on existing are if a key is pressed (and even that can be more or less ugly depending on the backend), if you want events write them yourself, if you want repeat key states, write them yourself

Okey I've found a few problems with the WindowManagerWindowManager

If SDL is being used, and there's more than 1 window in the manager, none of the windows can be closed, and IsClosingIsClosing is always false
SDL by default will use executable's icon, where as GLFW will only use OS's default executable icon. Is there a workaround to this? (Because the executable icon contains multiple resolution, it's an ICO file if possible i want to use it)

i would reccomend against installing the big conglomerate one, and you should instead install each individual package you need

Silk is just bindings to various APIs with some utilities like Windowing and Math sprinkled on top, you could 100% use it for compute or something else

do I have to re-get the KhrSwapchainKhrSwapchain extension class when I resize the window? Because it seems otherwise the maximum and minimum image sizes are equal to the old window size.

Yes, the old swap chain is out of date as any of the operations on it should report (sometimes also just non optimal). You have to recreate the swap chain. There is an option to give the old one along to not drop any frames, but usually this isn't necessary (most vulkan apps don't need super smooth resizing)

Sorry, what I meant was Silk.NET has this Vk.TryGetDeviceExtensionVk.TryGetDeviceExtension method, and I can get the extension interface from there. Why do I also have to re-create that? Shouldn't it always query the GPU or something?
