ICANN rules prohibit a domain from being transferred if it has been registered or previously transferred within the last 60 days or if the WHOIS Registrant contact information was modified in the last 60 days (even if redacted).

yes, it means once its been 60 days youll be able to transfer it, pretty sure it doesnt show that if it wasnt supported.
just to make extra sure i checked the tld list and can confirm

If you're an Enterprise, though, you'll want to contact your CSM and get it added to your contract first. Otherwise the Zero Trust dash is the way to go.
