Moving external folder location
If you're not using ACL/XATTR remove the
AX
from your options.
You may find that rsync -avh /old-location/ /new-location/
(note the end /
s) works better. You may want to add -H
if there are any hardlinks, I am not an Immich expert so I do not know if there are any in there.10 replies

Does your target filesystem have ACLs and xattrs enabled ?
Those files are temporary files created by rsync while transfering each file. I'm not sure why it is not dealing with them correctly. It is probably another sync that was canceled/failed. However, the errors you see with them "should" be anodyne.

Upgrade to 1.24 fails
If I remove everything after the FROM, all the entries are -1. I think the technical term is "something freaky"

Upgrade to 1.24 fails
As far as my DB knowledge level goes, I'm pretty good with PG as sysadmins go, but certainly no DBA. The vectors stuff is out of my comfort zone for example

Upgrade to 1.24 fails
Edited the post with some more info about my DB (you replied to fast for me). Running on K3s, storage on NFS and Longhorn.
I was running "OK" on 1.23, but Smart Search and Face Detection were failing because of a problem with the vectors extension. The first thing in the checklist here is to upgrade to the latest version, so I did. Figured it may run some DB migrations and fix the vectors problem anyway. Sadly I now have no way of knowing if that worked or not with this new issue that has appeared
