Databse reset issue in dev docker server.

Thanks @Prastoin , 1 - on production, we have a private network setup so from the local we can't do a database:reset. So we'll try to go with 2nd approach.

Use redis without docker-compose.yml

@prastoin I checked, and it looks like they have updated the docker-compose.yml file. However, we are using the Dockerfile for deployment.
