Reporting/blacklisting poorly performing workers
I’ve been using 100s of pods lately and we run in to this issue almost every day. Some pods are just worse.

Id recommend Cloudflare r2 because it has 0 egress fees
https://rclone.org/ is an amazing tool for managing most cloud storage solutions, it can even generate those presigned urls if you want to test it out quickly.

500 When trying to spawn pods too fast, is there a way to spawn multiple?
Any progress on this? takes us over a minute to turn on bulk pods at the moment. Also noticing some 500s if we request them back to back synchronous. Its much more rare.
