Video uploads larger than 280m from phone sync causing system to lock up.
Ok thats looking like it was the proxy file space caching it to the SSD. Learned something new about NGINX.

Yes on the web browser. But only when the android app is trying to upload a large video file. And now the Android app appears to just be stopping the backups now.
