Ideal NVENC Encoding Settings?
Yes. Apologies, should have been clearer. The k sounds like the missing ticket! I bumped it all the way up to 20000 and wondered how "20mbps" could be so bad.
Thanks for the suggestions! Are you using nvenc and h265 with those settings?
I gave two-pass a whirl because afaik it causes crf to be ignore, and I thought that might be the culprit.
