Bulk upload issues

Hello, My setup is running Immich through a docker applet on Truenas SCALE via truecharts. I have followed the guidelines from https://documentation.immich.app/docs/features/bulk-upload to try and upload a library of photos I have stored on the same machine. Regardless of which internal docker network I choose, the command results in an error: "Error connecting to server - check server address and port". It is also worth mentioning that I am running Immich behind a reverse proxy in order to access the server through a custom domain. If anyone has guidance regarding this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
