I am indeed running through a custom reverse proxy with Cloudflare as my domain provider lol. Thanks for the advice! I'll try connecting on local

Android videos not syncing
Sorry I haven't replied yet! I have a Pixel 6. The recents folder does have everything, but includes photos from apps that I don't want synced in Immich (eg Whatsapp images). The camera app saves videos to a separate "video" folder that Immich cannot see.
I did figure out some of it: after clearing the Immich app's cache and data, and relogging in, Immich has been able to see (the camera folder has the correct number of items I.e. photos + videos) and sync everything. However some videos are still not syncing, while other's are. I suspect it's a size issue, which is probably a separate problem
