Autostart not working
Hmm, so startup -> Start-On-Login is enabled? And when logging in hass.agent isn't open in the tray after 10-15s?

Looks like I screwed up my install
Have you uninstalled the original? If not then the second service doesn't matter. As for the app, maybe try reinstalling the latest update? I don't see why the version number isn't updating

What automations broke? Can you not get notifications to work at all or is it specific scripts/automations?

You could setup a link using something like nodered, but i dont know how it could be done in HomeAssistant. However this isn't something HASS.Agent offers itself, notifications have to be sent to the MQTT topic.

@Sevyn13 This is a good suggestion, if you download mqtt-explorer you will most likely find leftover HASS.Agent data on your broker. There's a guide on our docs here

Assuming that works you could setup a custom command in hass.agent with
DisplaySwitch.exe and then use the mqtt action topic to publish the / arguments dynamically from HA, meaning only 1 HASS.Agent command.6 replies

You could use a custom command with
DisplaySwitch.exe i think the arguments are /internal for only pc, /clone and /extend are simple and /external is 2nd only.6 replies

Main things are to check integration version and PC version, because that log shows a PC version that is not ours, which I assume is not what you aimed for?

If so can you go into Config > Logging and enable extended logging, then restart hass.agent and open the logs folder after a couple fails to see if there is any log about why it won't connect
