Can't save files on PCVR
I'm also unfamiliar, but I do know that the documents folder can be moved. I think the default is not to have it under OneDrive, unless you explicitly install OneDrive and (possibly) set that to be the path. Otherwise, I can't imagine how Open Brush would even find it!
It might be helpful if you could upload the log file, from
C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\LocalLow\Icosa Foundation\Open Brush9 replies

Gotcha. I know how the mobile part works, but I don't have a PCVR setup; let's see if someone else has an idea.
From the code, it should be saving in "My Documents" on Windows; if for whatever reason that's not set, it'll save to Desktop.
Did you possibly change anything about your PC's configuration to move the Documents folder to/from OneDrive?

What platform; PCVR, Quest, Pico, etc?
if it's a mobile headset (not tethered), did you accept the permission dialog(s) on startup?
