Server Offline Message
I am receiving a server offline message in the UI (near storage space), but I have websockets enabled as confirmed by wscat: 
$ wscat -c "wss://photos.domain/api/socket.io/?EIO=4&transport=websocket"                                                                                                                                       [17:06:54]
Connected (press CTRL+C to quit)

Is there any known issues? Photo uploads and everything seem to be working?
