which env does immich_server need?

Currently in the compose file we source the .env file https://github.com/immich-app/immich/blob/main/docker/docker-compose.yml#L23 From the sample env file https://github.com/immich-app/immich/blob/main/docker/example.env which of these env variables does the immich server needs set? I am trying to re organize how env files are setup would be helpful if we knew exactly what env variables are needed for immich server.
