Best practice accessing photos outside of network.
I am running immich on synology as well and i have tailscale in my synology to access nas outside home. You can do same for immich. Immich app you have option to setup different network and ip so that works good

I just build version 1.122.0 in my local system and it worked but latest one didn't work, tried 1.122.0 in synology and its still the sam e

my pc is in different network 192.168.2.19 but i can reach the synology on ports. opened the ports in sysnology firewall
