I want to fetch all the videos in order to run face detection on the videos as well not just their thumbnail, need help how to fetch them

I Deleted files and then emptied the trash on laptop but on mobile it shows this

Run Face detection and Recognition on whole video
Is there any way I can run Face Recognition and Face Detection on the whole video and not just the thumbnail of the video?
