Immich Setup Lost after Update.
I have been using Immich for about 6 months, I never faced this type of issue even once despite tinkering with things. It happened only after I changed my image from normal to cuda for ML. Is there no way I can restore the old database and config file? also where is the config file (If saved automatically by immich) located?

Immich Setup Lost after Update.
No troubleshooting steps tried so far. I had recently switched the ML image to cuda thats when this issue happened. My System: 
OS: Windows 11
Software: WSL2 (Ubuntu) with Docker
Hardware:
CPU: Intel Core i5 Processor
8GB Ram
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1650 4GB
256GB SSD, 1TB HDD
