Overlay mobile ?
Yes indeed, but they can't write on the live stream because of cookies that block half the page. So in the end, those on mobile can't enjoy it. When will this change?

But is it possible for people on phones to see the overlay during the live stream? Because PCs and tablets can see it.
Because I don't really understand your link, and the answer isn't clear, please.
