Please help me figure out the source of TPS loss on the server.

The server is running off a oracle free ampere VM. Not sure what cpu they are using but it has a lot of ram allocated. We are running ledger, akashi's fast minecarts, lithium, geyser/floodgate, ferritecore, viafabric, spark. Datapacks include vanilla tweaks.
Sync chunk writes is off and the render/view distance are both 12.
The actual server runs off docker/itzg.
I have ran other servers with the same amount of players (same configurations, except the fast minecart thing and on different weaker hardware), that have run much better than this so IDK what's happening.

Can I setup localtonet to proxy a java/bedrock server?
And about how many tunnels would it take? I'm guessing 2 (so it would make me pay 2$ per month). Is there better options?

server crashes whenever a player joins when worldedit is installed
only mods is fabric API, world edit, geyser and floodgate
i attached the crashlog below idk what's happening (and also censored some information)
the problem is isolated to world edit
