Does any know a more universal name for these. COS calls them resort shirts. Tried to google resort shirt but that only returns camp collars. I got this one but looking to get some more colours. Only other shops that have them are Zara which calls them linen polo shirts...
Which of these for a casual interview?
Interviewing for a tech role in the PNW. My buddy works here and said “I wore a hoodie for my interview. You could get by with just a collared shirt. Honestly, you probably don’t even need the collar.”
That said, which of these is a better choice? (I’ll rid the outfits of wrinkles and such)...

Meermin loafer sanity check
Hi all,
Just got my first ever pair of loafers from Meermin. Need a reality check on whether I'm being unreasonably picky for what was a modestly priced show that is structurally fine or if this is....sketch. Marks on the soles, little pieces peeling off on the sole right near the heel, marks on the upper, etc. It is all tiny and superficial so I almost feel bad sending them back but....this seems like a QA fail? Or am I being too picky for this price tier? These are things I never would have even noticed a year ago.......
Crewneck Sweater and Button Down
This sweater doesn't exactly have that tight of a crewneck, so the edges of the collar don't really fold in that well; it sort of just sits at the line. Do you still think that it looks okay/appropriate with this button down? tyty ❤️
