RCON issue
An incorrect RCON Port. (RCON correct.)
Firewall, antivirus, or other security system blocking the connection. (Necessary authorizations and permissions have been granted.)
RCON disabled or misconfigured on server. (RCON enabled and our server does not misconfigured.)
I couldn't find what the problem was. It's been like this for about 1-2 days and we are not getting any connection....

Missing Logs
This issue of log lines missing has been around for some time for us but here lately has become more frequent. We are missing actions in our activity log that CRCON is picking up, it has caused some issues with Tickets and investigations. Is there a solution we can do or bug?
Attached is one example of what we are seeing more often from the CRCON log and the BM Log compared....
Server no longer connecting to query.
Last time a query was a day ago, messed with some configs unable to get it to connect.
Solution:
Their is no accurate way to query.
The master lists return 200 servers max at a time.
BM has to wait till your server shows on that list.
We can not force it to, we can not make it appear faster or more accurate/often....

Our server appears 2 times in BattleMetrics.
Hello, I hope you can help me. Our server is displayed twice in BM. I also get the following messages. I am new to BattleMetrics so please help me. The server where the query port is displayed with "failed to respond to query", the other server "server responded to query". I am at a loss.
