Plugin replacement

Server keeps maxing out RAM and freezing.
Hello. I have a Fabric 1.19.2 server with around 50 mods on 6 GB of RAM. The server mostly has two or three people online at a time, and the view distance is set to 10.
The issue is that the RAM usage is constantly rising, leading to the server to freeze when hitting -Xmx. There could be a single player online, playing for an hour or so, and the server would still hit -Xmx.
Why is it freezing when it maxes out? I had a Forge server before with like 100 mods running on 6 GB of RAM as well, and I had the same issue, but when I downloaded the server and ran it on my phone on a mere 2 GB of RAM it never froze. It did hit 2 GB pretty quickly, but it never froze. So, what's the deal? Is my phone that OP? I use WitherHosting, by the way. Are they lying about their RAM?...
**COMPLEX ISSUE** (?) - Players cannot join 1.20.4 server, met with "not enough bytes in buffer" err
Just plugged in my rig for the first time in a (1.20.4) while. The only change that has occurred is that there is now a PCIE wifi card supplying network instead of an ethernet cable. When the server starts, no sort of error codes appear in the console other than the "update me please!!" from my plugins. The port and same IP test as OPEN on any port checker website. Server keeps crashing
Each time it crashes, the crash report is always different. I’m not sure what the issue is, I could just be over looking it, but I can’t find it.

Simple voice chat problem
I have been trying to setup simple voice chat for over an hour but cant get it to work it keeps showing that plug icon and /voicechat test [player] says client not connected.
I use freemcserver.net and have set the port to 50500 which is between 50000-51000 as said in this wiki: https://modrepo.de/minecraft/voicechat/wiki/server_hosting/freemcserver
And also set the plugin port(somehwere in the config of simple voice chat) to 50500 as well
It still shows the plug icon.
Server and client version is 1.20.6 and plugin and mod version 1.20.6-2.5.16....
Starting and stopping a headless server using Systemd service
I'm running a fabric server on an Oracle cloud vm running oracle linux. The server is managed by a daemon user and a systemd service. I can start the server fine using
It then proceeds to stop, despite the error implying that it couldn't....
sudo systemctl start minecraft-server, but when I stop, it gives me an error in the log:

Server running completely fine one day, than next day. TPS less than 10 :/
Having a hard time seeing what is causing this extreme sudden lag, its a private server with only 3 total players. And the world is not even that old, we reset few weeks ago.

eventpriority low vs high
for example i did eventpriority low in my plugin. then does it mean if the event is already cancelled by other plugin, then the event will count as cancelled in my plugin?

Cant connect to server via velocity
So i have problem that i cant join to the server via velocity even if i have set the velocity mode in paper-global.yml, it still shows that you cant join to this server because your not joining trough velocity even if i am.
Long-Time Private Server Going Public?
I’ve been a server owner for a little over four years now and have learned a lot throughout that time about server development and maintenance. My private playerbase has died down quite a bit but I still regularly develop my different games for the fun of it, which got me thinking about potentially publicizing certain parts of the network. 1.21 Plugins
For obvious reasons I have not updated my server yet to 1.21, but when I do, which plugins can I use even if they are not officially released for 1.21? I know it's not black and white; Vault hasn't been updated since 1.16 and works perfectly, whereas Terra broke 1.20.2 -> 1.20.4. So is there a pattern to which plugins are sensitive or insensitive to Minecraft Version?
