I try to log in with my account normally like everyday then the game says im in safe mode because of a security risk, I tried to log in with X, google, and gmail, its all the same, and i have been playing with the same device all the time, please if anyone can help me in this, im not able to log in to my account anymore for 7 days.

question about keyboard keymapper apps
I have been using mouse and keyboard like for a week I used two apps to map the keyboard for my mobile so I can play and I don't know if it's restricted to use them while on mobile or that I shouldn't use any apps to map the butons,I got banned for like 1 hour and i just wanna know if I can use mouse and keyboard for mobile or that I can't ?

The use of peripherical devices is not supported or allowed in PUBG MOBILE while playing on any handheld touch device. Please play the game normally using the normal touch controls....

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
If your account is banned for a short time, please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal your account suspension. If your appeal is rejected in-game, we're unfortunately unable to help you any further, and you'll have to wait until the ban is lifted on its own....
