If they have not responded to you in a reasonable time span, you may send them a message as a kind reminder. Please be reminded that 10 business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any public holidays....

120 Fps Support.

Hi PUBG Mobile. Please would the IQOO Z10 Turbo PLUS powered by Dimensity 9400+ support 120FPS in PUBGM(Global) in the future? It currently supports only 60fps on the Global version which is odd, being powered by a flagship chipset. Thanks....

Solution:

Devices with the minimum hardware requirements of 120Hz display refresh rate, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 or MediaTek Dimensity 9000*, can access the 120 FPS option with Smooth graphics. If you cannot access the option despite of your device meeting these requirements, it may be supported in the future instead. You are also welcomed to share your feedback or suggestion directly to Tencent by submitting Feedback through https://pubgmobile.live/support....

The resolution of Android devices is very low.

The resolution of Android tablets is too low, with lots of mosaics and jagged edges. The resolution of Apple devices is higher than that of Android. Apple tablets reach a resolution of 1440p, while Android tablets only have 1080p, which is not clear enough. I hope to add a resolution switching option in the settings, allowing phones to switch between 720p and 1080p, and Android tablets to switch between 1080p and 1440p.
