"Valorant failed to launch"

Not sure why its doing this. deleted the game awhile back but just got it again because some friends bugged me to but not it wont even work. i tried reinstalling it AGAIN and still didnt work.

Valorant stuck on loading screen

i got a new laptop and valorant was working fine and when i did update valorant it just started to get stuck on loading screen and doesnt load into the game and valorant is the only game facing this issue in my laptop not any other game

Please help me out this error keeps popping up on my screen and i cannot launch the game itself , i provided ss of my gpu and cpu and graphics driver which is updated. I am not sure why i cant launch the game. This is my third time experiencing this error
