i cant uninstall Valorant or riot client.

i cant find where on the riot client page or even in Valorant to uninstall it. if i try to delete the file it just says i cant cause riot client is running even though i haven't opened it for months. i need to get rid of it cause its taking up a lot of storge and i never use it anymore.

Valorant account suspended for skin changer

Hi, I used a skin changer in Valorant and my account was suspended, but I read here on the discord server that it lasts for two weeks, but I created 3 tickets and a bot answered me, they marked me as a solved ticket. Is it still 2 weeks?

Valorant not re-installing

my valorant was glitching out so i wanted to reinstall it. i uninstalled everything including riot client vanguard and obviously valorant. However now when i try to go to the riot website my wifi just suddenly becomes slow. i try to go to the download page and it directs me to log in / create account. if i press log in it just doesnt work at all ive been trying since yesterday. I also went as far as factory resetting my PC however i still have the same issue (when i try to go to the log in page in a new tab it says about: blank#blocked) can someone please help me (also to add on my wifi works perfectly with everything else however when i come across anything riot related its just completely slowed to the point it doesnt work0...

Can someone help me with ping?

Can someone help me? For some time (about 2 days) I have had a very high ping on the Warsaw server (60-70), of course I live in Warsaw so I don't understand what happened. In other games and in the speed test everything is fine.

Are random skins truly random?

It seems like random favourites instead have a specific number that they choose, shall we say "Random number: sixth" and then they pick the sixth skin on each weapon. Because I have gotten these two together over and over and over again, never have I gotten Minima with anything else. 🤣...

Is there a reason I keep getting queues like this?

Most of my comp matches have many people in silver and gold, despite the fact that I'm bronze 2. I don't really do especially well in bronze, and I normally do poorly in silver.

I cannot hear my teammates in valorant.

I can see them use voice chat, they can hear me, but i cannot hear them. Party and ingame voice chat. Output device has already been set properly and all permissions granted in windows settings.

perm banned for something I did not do

Hi, on my main account I've been banned permanently because my brother signed in on my account with out me knowing while he was hardware banned. Mind you he was NOT cheating they found no third party cheats or anything but still kept the perm ban. We have been trying to email for months to get our main account unbanned because we have spent good money on the game and we love playing it but everytime we do we only get a bot that says we sill stay banned and not look over it. I played val for almost 2 years now on that account and I have so much stuff I love on it but I will never be able to use it again over an issue that wasn't even true. We both got perm banned on a game we love and only play for something we didn't do, and also if you look back at the games you would see that my brother wasn't cheating some random he added was and that HE DIDNT know he was cheating until he got banned and the guy who was cheating only got a month ban. I just want to ask for a second chance on a account i love and hope that you will give us that chance. - sincerely kaleb...

Every time, i try to launch a game, even in the training area, i get kicked after 10 secs, ive tryied alot of youtube vids to try to fix it but doesnt work at all
