Fps Stutters

Not a big problem but as I have recently gotten fps stutters on val for some reason and cant play comp because it has gotten so bad. Have tried everything from downloading graphic drivers again and lowering my polling rate on my mouse, i even uninstalled and reinstalled val but nothing works. The issue started after I reinstalled valorant after a long time, nothing in my pc changed and i doubt it has anyhting to do with a corrupt file.
