can anyone help me fix this issue? i cant comm nor hear my teammates and i always feel like im playing with robots without it

Riot client frozen on loading screen for some reason. Network is fine and everything. Tried to restart many times and still did not work. Reinstalled too.
Why do I not gain any rr from winning?
Im gold 1 peak gold 3 and I just cant rank up, I usually play with 1 friend who is high silver. I feel like I do good in my games, I have a 1.2 average kd and get match/team mvp pretty frequently but it still gives me little to no rr when winning. I think maybe my mmr is super low but that doesn't make sense since I do good in my games. Is there any reason id be gaining so little rr or is it just a skill issue? I have a lower headshot % (I use odin a little) at 16% could that be why?
How do i fix this?
