RR Refunds

Hey there, it's been a while since ive played valorant and since ive played last they added the rr refund system and the rank manipulation report option. I just got out of a game with a smurfing jett that absolutely destroyed my team and I was wondering if I would get my RR back if they got banned or something?

I'm a person who goes back and forth at asc, immo. I want to bring the aim to the extreme so that it doesn't fall apart from immo~radiant, but I don't know what to practice. I'm playing the am using dead zone moving with high sensitivity. I'm asking because I don't have a clue whether it's a spray or micro flick or if I should practice the free aiming

i m downlaoding the game and i want to know somethings will vanguard cause performance issues when and whennot plying valorant and i have hdd i cant upgrade coz of laptop specs r given...
