hwid banned on new pc

hi does anyone know why im getting HWID banned for cheats when i've never downloaded valorant cheats in my life, ive been hardstuck plat and recently got HWID banned for 120 days due to "cheating". 2 weeks later I buy pc parts to replace my HWID ban and i wiped everything off my pc and redownloaded valorant. Freezing issue

I never lagged like this ever, The lag started around like a month ago (a few weeks after updating my nvidia driver). I dont think its because of the driver udpate tho since it was fine a for a few days until it started freezing me randomly. I can only fix the issue by alt tabbing OR force restarting my laptop if alt tabbing dosent work......
