Low fps after changing hardware

Yesterday i got a b550 aorus elite and a ryzen 7 5700x , my fps is 75 stable without going lower and when i move my mouse it goes up to 140 fps then back down i used to have b450 and ryzen 5 5500 and had around 200 fps , idk what is wrong with it , i tried every solution i could find with no avail....

i know this is unrelated but has anyone got a fix for this basicly i put my nvidia geforce digital vibrance to 100 on controll panel and when i press apply then close it or go onto a diffrent app it just dosnt save...

I cant get out of bronze because my bad rr gain

Hello, ive started played Val like 2 months ago and im hardstuck bronze, i cant get out of it because my rr gain is incredible low and i have no idea why and tbh i dont think im that bad to get this low amout of RR, could someone pls explain why is it this way?

Problem with riot game ''play'' button

When I launch Valorant and click the Play button in the Riot Client, the button turns grey, but the game doesn't start. There's no error message, and the Valorant window doesn't appear. It just stays stuck after clicking Play. I've tried to open task manager and close valorant from there didn't work , tried to reinstall riot game's and valorant again still didn't work and shows the same issue. Is there any way to fix it? i've been trying to login for days now....

Screen Tearing issues

I have a Ryzen 7 3700x, 16GB DDR4 and RX 6700XT PC 144Hz 1080p 1ms AMD FreeSync and I still suffer from screen tearing exclusively in Valorant. I have my FPS capped and when I uncap them it only gets worse. I also tried setting my fps cap lower but nothing helped....
