my wifi died and it wasnt my fault, the game kept freezing and now im penalized for smth i didnt do, i kept restarting the game and it was still stuck in loading screen, i manage to play at the end

Valorant freezes on loading screen, i cant even load tutorial

Hi, I finally got a pc and wanted to play valorant for the first time. but my game freezes on every single loading screen and never loads fully, i can still hear the game and hear people in game chat speaking but itll always be stuck on a loading screen. this even happens when it try to load into the shooting range and even the tutorial. I've put my graphics to the lowest settings and it still doesnt work. How do i fix this?

ping issue

i get 70/80 ping stable on my main region and in other regions even more, other games go perfectly fine with my normal ping (around 10) , discord goes fine, i tried reinstalling the game, changed 3 accounts, but nothing works, can anyone help? willing to give some vp in return

my ping is usually above 100 ms on local region

im using an ethernet cable and when i check my latency on online internet speed tests its usually below 50 ms but when im playing it goes above 100 ms and its almost unplayable im using an ethernet cable then too

hi, on october 19th I was banned for hardware in valorant and today, january 20th, it has been 3 months and I decided to install the game and try to play and I was able to log in normally, I think I played for more than 4 hours without problems, so I don't understand how I was able to log in after 3 months if the rules say it lasts 4 months, does anyone have any idea about this?

valorant wont take my money

i've always tried to buy val points straight from the game, but for some reason valorant doesn't accept my card and declines it, even when theirs money in the card. instead, i've been buying val points by using the digital gift cards on amazon, WITH THE SAME CARD, and it works just fine there. I'm not sure why valorant doesn't accept my card, can anyone help with this?

i keep on trying to open riot client or valorant but nothing opens, riot client opens up in system tray but when i click on it, it just disappears please help

Can’t buy VP

So i’ve been trying to get vp for the last 3 days to buy a vct bundle but every time i go to pay and submit it gives me “You have encountered an error. Please try again later”. Now i know it’s not my card because i used it earlier today so there should be no issue. I’ve tried signing out and back in, uninstalling vanguard and reinstalling, fully closing all riot programs, removing my card and adding it again but none of these seem to be helping. Any help would be appreciated...
