Is making an alt account so that u have 2 at your current rank bannable

Hey i was just wondering i could get banned for having another account at the same rank as my main. Some vid i was watching had a tip to have two accounts at the same rank to boost ur rank confidence or smth, and I am considering making another account, but i'm wondering if i could get banned or suspended due to logging into another account, and whether it counts as smurfing to get to my current rank.

after downloading valorant again, after restarting the game wont open, it opens up the loading screen but then closes. I used the Client to launch it

Network Instability in the game

The issue started since June 10th wherein I started to experience abrupt packet losses for no reason at all. I have tried the following: 1. Factory Reset the PC 2. Reset my Network 3. Valorant keeps losing connection

I'll play the game for about 5 minutes, then I lose connection and get a couple different error codes. Sometimes I get VAN 1067, sometimes VAN -1. I've tried reinstalling the game and reinstalling vanguard, but nothing works. I've also switched internet connections and that didn't work
