Recently moved to Germany and I'm wondering what steps to take to change my account so I can play in Frankfurt servers. I have spent a considerable amount of money on the game and have no intention of making a new account.

Error 43 on Ps5

When playing on ps5, i have very low ping but consistently get kicked and get error 43. I cant get through a single game without it freezing, crashing, and giving me an error 43. I also occasionally get 7 but when looking them up they mean the same thing. Any suggestions?

Don't have Val but would love to learn for a head start once I start playing

Hello! I'm completely new aside from watching a couple videos about Val and watching a few people play Val and would love to learn more about this game and how things work. I hope to get Val in the near future, but for now, the most that I can do is learn about it. Does anyone have good resources or tips that I may use to learn a thing or two about Val?...

Val opens wrong

I open Val and instead of it pulling up on my main display. (iv checked my pc settings and other games my main display is set properly and the pc recognize it that way) It pulls up on my second display. on top of that when i go to click on val it freezes the screen but still lets me interact with the game. I have tried reinstalling and graphic drivers are up to date

need help with tickets

hello im questioning regarding answers and status of tickets. basically i got hacked into my val account and the person played 2 games with 2 other people lvl 20 my account was d2 and 1 of them or the person on my account were cheating and me logging the next day my account was perma banned i submitted a ticket and they quote on quote solved it yet my account is still banned and i was not able to message any type of agent i only got to message a bot. i had nearly 2k$ on the account and i was wondering what i could do to atleast get to talk to a dev....

Vanguard not installing especially after uninstalling

Hey there, quite recently I have been receiving this dependency error issue. After uninstalling vanguard, it seemed to be continuing the same error and I have tried multiple methods such as running the program in administrator, downloading vanguard on another device and copying it over to my program files, deleting all related riot client and valorant files, reinstalling valorant multiple times, disable windows security anti-virus and firewall temporarily to try and install the riot vanguard service. The only things I want to avoid doing is reinstalling Windows and formatting any drives as I hold many important files and accounts on the Windows 10 computer and plus I don't fully own the computer so don't really have the full permission to do so....

Please explain me why i dont recive my mission XP, like i play unrated and the first round my family call me ok im back in second round, i recive a warning and dont recive my xp? like wtf why not just that in competitve mode. i spend days to level up my battle pass and i got warned by being afk during 1 round and dont recive any xp. RIOT put temp bans and xp issues just on competitive

yes, you will get penalized if you afk. that's it.

I can choose skin-level?

I logged in to my collection-account only to try it out with a colour-skin... I can choose skin-level of VFX, Finisher etc... But I can't do it if I choose a different colour to have on the skin with base-level?...
