Just banned for "Section 7 Terms of Service"

I've never utilized a cheat or "boosted" before, I'm playing on a Dept. of Defense issued laptop (issued by US Navy as im actively deployed on base) & have been playing consecutively for about a month on and off. I've never cheated, I'm down to do a PC check or whatever case needed to have this fixed. I'm not sure if somebody can manually review my account but what is there to do? am i allowed to make a new account?

Checking wait time

This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time, I had to completely reinstall Valorant just to fix it — and now it’s back again. I really don’t want to go through another re-download only for it to possibly happen again. Has anyone else experienced this? Any reliable fixes that don’t involve reinstalling the whole game? Would really appreciate any help 🙏...

Created Ticket to get help with account but cant see it

I sent a ticket to riot support cause i wanted to get my account changed to a different Gmail( i lost the one it was connected to) and i couldn't see the ticket and nor did i see a response so i created another one and the second one got a reply stating the first one was received and they asked to go over where they had already replied and gave me a ticket id but i cant find it in my tickets nor is there a ticket to help with situations like this ;-; now idk what to do i cant reach back out and...

VAN 9101, How do i fix this?????

After around every 10 minutes or less the game shuts down and shows me this, i have tried every forum solution, i have tried a list of solutions that involve reinstalling vanguard cleanly, making sure i have Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 turned on ... And no, im NOT on a Virtual Machine. No i have not launched any third party systems or tampered with any in game files. Getting penalties in game over this is tiring and makes me not want to play the game anymore; Staff help would be deeply and great...

Problem with acc

Hi everyone, I need some help! I recently reset my computer and now I can't access my account because I no longer have access to the email address I used to log in. The good news is that I was able to log into my account yesterday, so I can still access it. The problem, however, is that I can't access my email to retrieve or update my account information. To clarify, I'm still logged into both the account panel and the game, but I can't change anything or log into the tracker. I also opened a ticket on the website, but it doesn't seem to be processed and keeps getting deleted...

I was hacked now im panicking and need help

guys my account including email was hacked. i lost 350€ worth of skins. the person had acces to the associated email so that was changed and they added a new 2 factor authentication so i cant get in even with quick recovery. i sent a ticket to support stating anything and asking for a solition but im panicking is there anything else i can do??

why does my account keep getting suspended

I was actively playing games then one game my account gets suspended for unfair advantage, then gets unbanned 2-3 mins later. I can't even play a game without getting kicked and the match being terminated. Nothing on my computer is open that shouldn't be and I haven't downloaded any malicious software recently.

Hello, I have an abnormal issue with my ping and its kinda unknown why.

I live in Kazakhstan and my usual ping is somewhere around 70 to 85 and lately, my ping is suddenly stable at 190 on Stockholm (which is the closest server to me) and Tokyo had 160ms which is much longer distance than Stockholm and its kinda strange. My other games have normal stable ping at 60-70 and sometimes 50 but in Valorant, the ping has been strange lately and i figured its my router's or wifi's issue because the ping was kinda normal on my phone's hotspot. my account got permanently suspended awhiiilllleeee ago because i got hacked and someone else used cheats, and after i stressed to riot that it wasn't me, they refused to lift it. i was just wondering if it's impossible or should i try to retrieve the account again. i don't want to part ways with all the skins and battlepasses i had on there💔

unable to install valorant

Hello, recently just went from Windows 11 to 10 to be able to play Valorant again (had problems with uefi). I get to the point where I can log in on valorant launcher and where it wants to install Vanguard. Then it will say “repairing files” and my pc just restarts itself and it never finishes downloading. Ive tried running as admin, reinstalling, not sure what to do now. Any help is appreciated...
