HIGH PING PROBLEM

Can anyone help to solve high ping? My ping before update were 20-30ms but after update it raise to 180-200ms. Idk what the problem is, anyone know the solution? I even can still watch YouTube on 4K without any buffering and playing other games smoothly without lag

Ticket response

Ive made a ticket and its been about like 20 hours and they havent responded is that normal? I know it takes up to 24 hours but usually they answer within a few hours. Is it bugged and I gotta create a new ticket? Also Im using proton mail and I think its like bugged out im not receiving the email response...

700 ping spikes

I was playing Valorant today and my ping is normally 18-20 on Illinois servers. I experienced a random 700 ping spike along with 2 of my teammates. I saw it happen to the enemy players too randomly. I played a few games, same thing happened. Random 700 ping spikes every few rounds. I restarted my game, same thing happened. What is going on? I’m not the only one experiencing this. Considering I’ve seen this happen in every game. Some players even disconnected from it. Is this a server issue?...

riot account and google account are different valorant accounts?

hi, i have my main valorant account that i log in with my google account, but when i log in with the riot account with the same email it logs me into a diffferent valorant account. is there a way i can merge both account but have the google account be used?

possibly a ping glitch?

in my past few comp games and random points my entire team has spiked to over 100 ping for around a round then went back to normal and just repeated the process. I dont know if it is an actual glitch or just my servers.

Ranked unbalanced

Im new to Val, started last act but didnt play ranked then. Just started playing ranked yesterday and I haven’t won a single game. Im not here to complain but im here to ask if anyone else feels like ranked isn’t balanced at all? I noticed a few ingame talk about that’s how it is everytime a reset happens.

Loading screen frozen

everytime i try and load valorant and play a game i get stuck in the loading screen i've gotten stuck in every single thing i've tried i went to practice range still frozen in the loading screen tdm still frozen in the loading screen my comp games i still also freeze i dont get it. is it ONLY me that this is happening too or anyone else and can this be fixed or not?

Error van-1 and error 1067

So before these errors i had error 79 and i fixed it so the vgc can run now but after playing valorant for like 2 min it crashes and says error 1067

Screen randomly gets stuck for barely a second, happens very often, otherwise constant 600+ fps

I have no clue whats going on this started in the last few days, idk how its happening. other games run perfectly im not having issues with anything else its only valorant for some reason. does anyone whats happening? it hasnt happened before and its messing up every game im not able to shoot properly, nothing specific triggers it, even standing still and moving the screen around makes this happen
